Design Language
The site is a working darkroom rendered as a web page. Every section maps to a physical darkroom artifact: the header is the dark room lit by a single safelight bulb, the contact sheet is a 35mm proof strip with sprocket holes, the gallery is a chemical developer tray with prints floating in liquid, the essay is a typed letter on warm fiber-based paper. The palette is near-achromatic — the only chromatic hue is the deep red of the safelight itself. ---

Design Skill
Applies an analog darkroom photography portfolio aesthetic. Near-black backgrounds lit by a single deep-red safelight glow, silver gelatin tonality, film grain overlay, contact sheet grids with sprocket holes, chemical tray print galleries with development-reveal animations, and warm-paper essay sections. All images are rendered in grayscale to simulate silver gelatin prints.
