This Design Skill produces translucent frosted-glass interfaces layered over vivid mesh gradients. Every structural surface is semi-transparent with `backdrop-filter: blur(20px) saturate(180%)`, and the background is a rich, animated blend of indigo, violet, cyan, and teal radial gradients using OKLCH color space.
