Design Skill
This Design Skill enforces a strict, militaristic, and highly technical aesthetic. It entirely replaces modern, friendly UI curves with sharp, mathematically precise angles using CSS `clip-path`. It establishes a "deep space" dark mode illuminated strictly by intense, glowing neon accents (Cyan, Magenta) that react instantaneously to user input.
