Design Skill
This Design Skill intentionally degrades the digital canvas. It wraps the entire viewport in a curved, vignetted CRT frame and covers the content with an interlaced scanline overlay. It forces structural text to break apart using heavy, red/cyan chromatic aberration `text-shadows`, mimicking color bleeding from misaligned electron guns.
